Fai Da Te Productions is extremely proud to announce its first event: a concert performance of Highlights from Verdi's epic opera Don Carlo.

Featuring a dazzling principal cast  of international opera soloists and rising young stars all making significant role-debuts, with a chorus including students from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, this evening presents the ‘best bits’ of Verdi’s stirring opera taking in themes of love, loyalty, familial dysfunction, destiny, brotherhood, and jealousy.

​Leading the orchestra, comprised of players from the renowned Glyndebourne Sinfonia, is Matthew Kofi Waldren, a specialist in Italianate opera repertoire and fresh from his triumph conducting Puccini’s La fanciulla del West for London’s Opera Holland Park.
